Previous to joining Rail Technologies Lindsey had a background in railway research and mathematics. She completed her PhD in 2007, specialising in Wheel/Rail contact modelling and Rolling Contact Fatigue using computer simulation.
Lindsey has over six years experience in the railway industry and has worked on a wide variety of both practical and computer modelling projects for a wide variety of clients both from the UK and abroad. Lindsey coordinates much of the track system modelling work within Rail Technologies with particular expertise in mathematical modelling applied to the railway. Lindsey also has expertise in a number of different railway disciplines and has experience in track asset management and maintenance including, project management; site monitoring, noise assessment, data mining and various analysis techniques.
